Your joint care coordinator is an experienced health care professional who has walked others through their care plans, listening and answering the questions that arise and helping you to return to as normal a life as possible.

Orthopedic Trauma Care
In addition to elective orthopedic and joint care, Texas Health cares for orthopedic cases where you never saw it coming, whether it be from an accident or injury. Texas Health emergency rooms are open 24-hours a day, seven days a week and prepared for serious injuries and illnesses, including orthopedic trauma. Orthopedic surgeons with specializations in the treatment of fractures and trauma are on staff at hospitals across our system.
Texas Health Dallas and Texas Health Fort Worth are also designated as Level I Trauma Centers, providing regional resources for patients who require complex orthopedic trauma care. These hospitals are among only 22 Level I Trauma Facilities in Texas.
