Compliance Contract Language
In accordance with the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, (Pub. Law. No. 109-171), Texas Health has adopted written policies and procedures on the False Claims Act, whistle-blower provisions and the detection and prevention of fraud. Vendor represents and warrants that Vendor's business activities with Texas Health and Texas Health employees will be conducted in accordance with these policies. Vendor agrees to review and comply with all Texas Health policies as detailed. Questions will be directed to the Texas Health System Compliance Department at 1-800-381-4728.
